This is an adorable little beach hidden off the main drag where I live. In the past I’ve had the luxury of having so much home ground for my background, now I’m having to get used to taking pictures (of myself) with onlookers. While the beaches (and parks) may look empty, but I am often crossing paths with others and struggling with the awkwardness that is self-photography. Of course, it is the struggle that is half the fun.
