Book: The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller

A friend recommended this book for some summer reading. It took a few chapters, but it became impossible to stop reading. I fell in love with the story, not to mention the author’s beautiful prose written as if it was all a song.

I highly recommend checking it out.

These photos are the last ones I have that’ll remind you of summer. The leaves had turned here and we are in the midst of peak fall season. While my favorite season, this year’s fall seems to be missing something, maybe that’s because covid is causing a lot of events, rightly so, to be canceled or maybe I put too much pressure on a single season of the years. At least I’ve finally been able to pull out my favorite sweater again.
