Some days posing comes more naturally than others. This was a great day. Work had been especially frustrating and as soon as I clocked out I escaped for a few pictures before sunset. I felt silly, yet completely at ease as mosquitoes hovered around me and bit my ears. I pulled out my trusty sonic screwdriver – you know – just in case I crossed some Zygons or Daleks.

I’m not a souvenir person, but I knew when I went to the Doctor Who Experience in Cardiff, Wales I should find one thing to bring back. Jon Pertwee is my favorite doctor from the original series, so when I saw his screwdriver in the gift shop there was really no choice to be made. I’ve tucked away the screwdriver in my car because you can never know when you’ll need one for an adventure.
