This is the shore that I first came upon in Maine when I moved. I wandered for a nice beach, something that would assure me that I had arrived in a coastal town.
I stumbled back to this beach on a cloudy day when the winter chill had quieted a little. My fingers were bright pink by the end even though the cold was so mild, but taking these pictures was worth it.

Most of my clothes fit a little bit big unless they were purchased in the last year. I had spent years building a collection of dresses and skirts I loved, but after some unintentional weight loss, I find most of my dresses and skirts are only wearable with a belt. This jean skirt is one of them and I’m finding it hard to find it again in a more suitable size. But for now, it seems that a belt does the trick.
